نشرت الجريدة الرسمية قرار الرئيس عبدالفتاح السيسي رقم 68 لسنة 2017، بشأن استمرار مشاركة بعض عناصر القوات المسلحة السابق إرسالها في مهمة قتالية خارج حدود الدولة للدفاع عن الأمن القومي المصري والعربي في منطقة الخليج العربي والبحر الأحمر وباب المندب.
وجاء نشر القرار في عدد الجريدة الرسمية الصادر 3 فبراير 2017.
